How often do we make a few minutes in the day to just breeeeeathe? Well, we all breathe I guess but most of the time, we don't breathe 'correctly'. I know I don't. Yes, it is quite remarkable what a few minutes every day of correct breathing can do for your inner well-being.
Rajiv from Yomojo is a yoga teacher and recently posted a wondrful, yet really simple breathing exercise to the forum, to help reduce stress, relax and re-energise the mind and body. . I hope you enjoy it and find it useful x

I do a little meditation everyday ... just after my shower, I apply my body butter (my own, of course) and then lay back on the bed and breathe in an out, slowly and surely, and softly count to 100 in my head. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes 10! Not really 100 of course, but that doesn't matter. It really settles me for the day and I'd be lost without it.
That sounds like a perfect routine and like having a 10 minute spa treatment every single day. Plus, your skin must also benefit from having those restful few minutes to soak in and do it's job. Like saying thanks to your skin, body, mind and soul and I would bet that thanks is reciprocated ;o) :o))))
